Traveling Thrifter - Asheville, NC



A short two-hour drive from Charlotte, Asheville is the perfect weekend getaway spot. Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains, the city provides the most breath taking scenic views and fresh air. It also provides great places to thrift and dine. Check out some of my recommendations below!

Outlet location with bins to sort through (pay by the weight)/regular location next door (1616 Patton Ave)

Mayfel's (amazing cajun food)

Tupelo Honey (12 College Street is the original location for the chain)

Blue Ridge Restaurant at Omni Grove Park Inn (you absolutely must make a Sunday brunch reservation!)

Hemingway's Cuba (within Cambria Hotel)

Pie.Zaa (great for late night eats and to go boozy drinks)
