To sign up for services (Charlotte area clients only):

Step 1:

Sign up for services from the website menu. Select your service by clicking the sign up now button. (Be sure to review the client policy before completing your order. By paying for this service, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the client policy.)

Step 2:

Choose an available time slot on a Saturday or Sunday in the booking calendar. There is only one available slot between 9am-10am ET each Saturday and Sunday. So, essentially, only 8 - 10 client spots are allotted per month.

Note: You are only choosing a day/time to secure services. You do not need to actually meet with your personal shopper during the scheduled time.

 

Step 3:

Once you have booked your service, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days requesting you to complete the consultation process/form online.

Step 4:

Your personal shopper will start shopping for you once you have completed the consultation form.

Step 5:

Pieces of Posh will attempt  to complete your order within 2 - 4 weeks of your selected time slot. If the order has not been fully completed within 4 weeks, the personal shopper will contact you with an update. You can choose to allow additional time for the personal shopper to obtain more items or request a refund for the remaining amount. 

Step 6:

Personal shopper will work  to arrange delivery or pickup based on service purchased. If you opt to allow additional time for incomplete orders, the personal shopper can provide what has already been obtained.
