How does the payment plan work?

The payment plan will automatically divide your booked amount (minus deposit) into monthly payments from time of booking through January 2025. If you booked in May, that means you'll have eight months of payments to completely pay for your trip. There is an option to set up auto-pay. You can also pay in full at any time as well.

What's included in this trip?

  • Roundtrip Airfare from Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) to V.C. Bird International (ANU) (packages with flight)

  • 5 nights at the Royalton Chic Antigua All-Inclusive Resort

  • Private Group Ground Transportation to/from airport

  • Check in Date: Thursday, March 6, 2025

  • Check out Date: Tuesday, March 11, 2024

  • Posh-x-Luxe Meet and Greet

What's not included for this trip?

  • Additional activities and excursions (to be booked later)

  • Meals, beverages and snacks for an upcharge at the resort or off the property

  • Travel insurance (available for purchase)

  • Items of a personal nature

Is the deposit refundable?

No, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip after making several payments, there could be a partial refund allowed depending on how far you are in the payment process. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to ensure you're fully covered.

What is the additional cost for meals, snacks and beverages at the resort?

The resort is all inclusive so all meals and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) are included. However, there are certain upgrades at the resort restaurants that may cost an additional fee (e.g lobster tail or a special cut of steak, top shelf liquor, full bottles of wine, etc.). These additional costs are purely optional and the staff will let you know if there is a fee. Generally, costs and fees are also listed on the menu.
